Sunshine After Rain

Besides being good at screaming whenever my team mate scores or when the ball is being passed on to me, I think I am pretty darn good at kicking people's leg too! Jane S. could truly explain that as she just became a victim of my klutzness during the futsal session we had earlier with a bunch of many other friends (namely Yin Har, Ker Shin, SuYun, Tee Ann, Hui Xian, Ee Von, Jane C., Sarah, Ade and Amy). It happened when I was trying really hard to steal the ball away from her but I ended up kicking her leg and the effect came almost immediately. She sat on the ground grueling in pain while her leg begin to swell

Actually this isn't the first time I kicked someone's leg. The first person who got it from me was this poor little guy calld Jevan. I didn't know that my kick was that powwwweeerrrrrfulllll until Bravo texted me the next day

"Eh, you kicked my friend's leg at futsal last night ar? Didn't know you're so ganas one!!".

So, putting all the kungfu kick aside, I am feeling really good about myself in the sense that I am becoming a healthier person, engaging in sports more than before. Did you know that I was in the school team for basketball and volleyball back in high school days? I quit when I was 15 due to two reasons which you may find...hmmmm...pretty ridiculous.

So the first reason was....
a) I WAS AFRAID OF GETTING DARK

B) MY MUMMY SAID THAT IF I GET ANY DARKER, I WOULDN'T GET TO FIND A BOYFRIEND!!

So yeah, there you go. Laugh all you want (Yin Har, this is for you! Laugh laaa laugh)

Hmmm, so lately, I've been doing a heck lot of catching up, own stuff, attending events and those thingymajiggy. Last night, I had the most amazing night out with two of my best men, Arthur and Eman. We had dinner at Bubba Gump, drinks at Laundry and then Backyard @ Hartamas. We talked soooo much, there was hardly full stop. And gosh, we totally missed our 8TV days =(

This morning, Yin Har brought me to meet Aunty Amelia, her manager who owns a modelling school with Amber Chia. She seems like a really nice woman and is willing to help me as I'm a friend of hers. She also arranged me for a make up lesson by Make Up Forever with Free To Fall this Sunday which I am really looking forward too.

Tomorrow, I'd have to drop by Lot 10 for wardrobe fitting @ Carven Ong for this Saturday's interview session and photo shoot with KL Lifestyle magazine. Whereas at night, I would most prolly be at Zouk, meeting up with my college mates which I haven't seen since my semester break started. Oh ya, I'm currently on a 2 months of semester break till mid of August! Jealous yet? Lol

Then on Friday, I have to drop by P1 W1Max's office to collect my modem and a photo op. In regards to my win of this title, I get a year subscription from them for free. Whereas at night, I'll be at Xian's place for our annual BBQ session where all of us would get together and be merry. But the thing is I have to leave early for karaoke with the organizer and the crews from the pageant. It's still good in a way cause I love to sing. Heee!!

And...... lastly, I would most prolly be off to Singapore next week with Ker Shin and Yin Har for some relaxing time!! All in all, this week's gonna be jam packed. But it's all good. My life is starting to make more sense than it was before and I'm really glad that I've made the choice and took the risk. Life's good, really.

And ya, my friend David who recently left for Egypt for 2 and a half month sent me a message that ended pretty funny @ Facebook. It goes like this....

"Before I go, did you know that I was arrested by Egyptian police for causing disruption of public harmony ? -_- . I was performing and a huge crowd ran to me, this was on the 2nd night in Cairo. A few Egyptians I met online brought me around. The next thing I know, I kena tangkap and the Egyptians I met online cabut. OMG . Luckily I wasn't deported."

Guess life's treating you real well in Egypt, David. Lol. Okies, gotta run! Will update soon! mwah =)
